"Easy walk from train station to funicular and then hotel! Many dining options near or at the hotel restaurant. Staff was great! One evening we had leftovers which they refrigerated for us . We played cards and ate leftovers the next night in the tv salon. Room is small but well organized."

"As others have stated in their reviews this hotel is under construction and not finished. So be prepared for no parking, loud construction starting at 8am. Construction debris everywhere that my wife tripped on. When i called to ask for my pass code to get in the hotel the hotel representative was very rude, when i asked about parking he stated i was supposed to pay ahead of time, that wasn't an option. He suggested i pay the property manager, however there wasn't one when ask for the passcode...

"It was a 3 minute walk from the train station, but was a very quiet and nice location. The free funicular from the train station dropped us right into the center of town in 3 minutes where shopping, dining and the lake were very accessible. "

"Great spot by the train station. Room small but nice and clean for the 3 of us. Aircon was great in the heat when we stayed. Staff extra helpful. Cooking facilities were great and not too crowded at meal time. Breakfast in the nearby shared hotel was excellent.. kept us going for the day. Would stay here again. We were 1 adult and a 12 and a 14 year old (girls). Highly recommend."

"Really clean hotel with all the amenities you need. Basic but it’s what you pay for. The location is ideal as it’s very central. Was kindly upgraded to a private bathroom too and the 10% discount for the restaurant is a bonus which was excellent food. The woman on reception was very helpful and kind too. "This was the best customer service I've ever had at a hotel; the female night manager helped arrange our parking, carried most of our suitcases, and even helped us buy bus tickets - at the bus stop! While there were a few details, like too much road noise and the tv not working (could care less), the staff's friendliness and helpfulness made it a very enjoyable stay. Would stay again in heartbeat."

"Luckily we arrived in daylight, as the road up to the Osteria zig-zagged in impossible hairpins up from the valley. It's possible that after dark and unlit we might just have turned around and headed for somewhere flat. However, if we had done we would have missed a completely unique experience. The hamlet of Anzonico clings to the side of an Alp and there is no vehicle access to the Osteria. Parking is in a lay by about 50 yards further up. "Paolo was an amazing host. The B&B is in a fantastic location right off the main road. There are 4 rooms total, each one is decorated with unique antiques and artwork that Paolo has collected. Paolo gave us great recommendations for what to see in town.
