From verifying my identity to being charged different fees to being bugged with different messages saying I have to check in between 4pm and 7pm anything after that, I will get charged £60 extra. "Everything was fine - except that it was freezing cold in the bathroom. The storage heater could have been put on for an hour or so before my arrival. As it was the room was so cold! And if I kept it on at night, the noise of the thing going on and off kept me awake. So - a little more thought could be given to how to deal with that for comfort's sake."
