"The property was beautiful, close to the airport with shuttle service and when I saw that it was near the freeway I was concerned about the noise but it was very quiet. They also offered free drinks which was nice after long travel days. Breakfast was nice although not tons of selection. Our stay was great and I would definitely recommend staying here. Friendly staff too."

"We had an accessible room with 2 queen beds that were very comfortable. Everything in the room was clean except the carpet in our room and the hallway were stained. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good but by the 4th day it would have been nice to have something new besides sausage and scrambled eggs. "2 night stay. 2 queen standard room. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Check in was friendly & efficient, and we were able to get in the room early. Breakfast was nice with hot a cold options. Indoor pool. Fitness room was small but adequate. Super convenient to The Arch with safe and easy walking around downtown. Excellent stay.....which is always the case with a Hampton!"

"Lester was nice over the phone. I booked the room available online and he asked me was I really handicapped because he doesn't give those rooms out but saves them. I didn't think that was appropriate and he shouldn't ask anyone else that books the room they want and need. Upon check-in Raj was also nice. We encountered payment machine issues and he adequately handled the double payment and deposit. He also brought a remote to my room. Good location next to the highway and several eateries....

We did have an issue at check in with our room, but it was resolved immediately, by the night clerk Josh in a professional timely manner, great customer service . We felt we were in a safe area and the Pancake House was within walking distance. The hotel was clean and quiet.
