However, in some areas the home did not look as though attention to cleanliness was taken as the interior of the microwave was dirty, the basement floor and tables were extremely dirty and dusty, dining chairs in the basement had spider sacks with eggs underneath them. "Property is dated. Owner has blocked off access to lobby and looks like he has made it his office. All transactions are done in the Air Lock between the outside and door and the door to lobby. It was clean and Owner was nice. I forgot my key and had to wake him up and he came to window with just a t-shirt and towel on - again very nice man but it could use a refresh"

"This was perfect for our trip from out of state to catch a football game. It was a great price and there was more than enough room for our group of 4. Only knock was a few cockroaches we came across, but only two really isn’t a deal breaker. The rest of the house was clean and ready for our stay "
