We were able to fit 20 people for the event itself, and had about 8 people sleep on the property. The house itself is spacious, clean, and beautiful. The host was an excellent communicator. Would 100% stay here again."

My brothers and I are scattered all over Texas, so rather than have everyone worry about getting hotels as they came to town, I just rented a large enough spot to accommodate everyone, plus a couple of stragglers that my show up.
