"Lovely stay as usual. Love The Lakes hotel. Wonderful food and service. Gorgeous room and hot tub. Sadly the bed needed replacing- room138 and could feel the springs of the mattress- neither of us slept well. "

"We stayed for 2 nights and i was impressed with the hotel. The staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was really good and selection was plentiful. The only down side was the parking £15 a day i think they should review that policy but overall A+++"

"A lovely one night stay at The Windermere Hotel. Really nice staff and a lovely bed to rest your head after a day out in Bowness for drinks and a meal. Very decent breakfast too. Hotel might need a little ‘love’ but I’d definitely stay there again "
