"There's free tea/coffee is available from an area just in front of the reception office and the lounge is comfortable if you don't want to sit in your room. Having expected nothing to be provided, I was surprised to find handwash and shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom, along with a hairdryer. "The shower and toilet (bathroom) were separate from the room. Both the room and bathroom had loud locks so you would disturb the other guests when going to the bathroom. The shower had no soap dish/shelf. The soap dispenser was broken, so no soap came out. The room was extremely hot and smelt of smoke. The sinks in the kitchen and bathroom were both tiny.
