Service is good, rooms are clean and price is reasonable.Comfortable bed. Good view also . I was on 10th floor with Eiffel Tower view. Actually we used the same hotel in Zurich at that trip. "The deal at check-in was I got upgraded if I promised to leave a review, so here it goes. The room brand new, modern, beautifully designed and extra comfy. Impeccably clean. All receptionists were adorable, day and night. Super rich breakfast. Fried zucchini at breakfast made my day."

"We read views about lack of Air Con but we were not worried as we were staying in Feb when it was colder. The hotel is conveniently located close to 83 and 89 bus stop and number 2 tram. You can get to airport in 20 ish minutes and Zurich HB also within 20 minutws"

"Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Helpful and knowledgeable staff at check in, and above and beyond helpful when I checked out (I needed a European adapter and a place to work and the receptionist went and found me one - with a massive smile and happy disposition). I booked a King room for 1 person and was upgraded to a corner room with a view when I joined the Hyatt membership at the check in desk (took about 60 seconds to do!). What a lovely room too ... a weird shape as the building has angular corners, but that added to the character of the room. Every facility you could need is catered for and carefully stowed to keep the aesthetic look of the room clean and minimalistic. A lovely space for a single person or two people with not too much luggage. I can't say enough about the bar staff as they were so friendly and willing to have a conversation (I was on my own - female - on business). I guess the food is not what you would expect of a restaurant in a hotel as it is more like cafe food, but with an upmarket twist. Most of the items on the menu resemble burgers and wraps,but the fillings are far nicer than any you would get at a cafe. There are also many restaurants in very close proximity in The Circle area, spoilt for choice! It's a little walk from the exit at Zurich airport, and if I hadn't been so tired from walking nearly 2 miles in one day from one flight to another - via Munich :-( then it would not have bothered me in the slightest.
