"Very nice place"

"Our stay at this hostel was good, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a 1 bunk bedroom and the area was clean (including the bathroom). The staff even took care of our luggage for a couple of hours while we came back from a trip. Our only complaints are that the shower barely had any pressure, one of the lockers didn't close, and that the window was open when we arrived, so the room had mosquitoes inside. "They do not offer a parking space, the rooms are very small and poorly isolated, you can hear everything from the next room. Lo único que llamó la atención es que al reservar me decía que el costo era de $435 y en el hotel cobro $511. Algo mínimo pero estaria bien que se respetara la tarifa. "Pésimo, al llegar nos menciona que no tienen convenio con Hoteles.com y que la habitación nos saldría al doble de precio, es un fraude la plataforma y el hotel, en la recepción mencionan que desde el mes de enero no tienen convenio y que si queríamos quedarnos nos saldría al doble las habitaciones, espero tomen cartas en el asunto ya que dejan en mal a su plataforma, tuve que reservar en booking y me fue mucho mejor en otro lugar, hacen perder el tiempo y no hay donde comunicarse a la plataforma...

"Check in was friendly and efficient. Room spacious and comfortable. Plenty of showers and toilets. Decent breakfast and kitchen space for guest use. Cute outside space with an adorable family of rabbits. Hostel is located centrally so really easy to find and get out to explore Xalapa and surrounding area. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay on a budget. "
