"We checked in and our bathroom had a half inch of dirt on the floor and a trashcan in the sink. Housekeeping came and cleaned. Much better, lots of dust bunnies/dirt globs left on the floor. Definitely not worth the price. Not sure we would stay again. This is not a good 1st impression. Edit: The manager contacted me on Saturday, 2/8 and made arrangements to move us to a suite. "The pool water was really cold. A big part of why we chose this hotel was that it had an indoor pool. The pool area seemed very run down and in need of maintenance. I will say the beds were fine and the air did work. When we were checking out there was a smell of natural gas in the hallways/our room and when we reported it, the hotel worker went to check on the situation right away. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was good."
