"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The management company was excellent and attended to our needs immediately and were so friendly. We had a few issues with the house, but I believe it was just because it is new and some kinks need to be figured out. Top flr elevator latch was off causing problems. Hot water only held for 4-5 showers. Recommend spacing showers out. Management was quick to address both.We had ages 2-84 staying in the house. Each room had amazing comfort and decor and fit our family...

"Loved our stay at this beautiful house! Short walk to beach. Parking spots at the beach entrance for golf cart/car though. Elevator was wonderful! Just to clarify the house has a combination pool/spa/hot tub not a separate pool. Lots of restaurants in OKI and South port! Would love to stay here again!"

We were able to see alligators in the marshland (we were safe on the dock/walkway!) which was a highlight for my boys. However, it look us an hour to get into the house. We received no check in instructions and then called multiple times on an “emergency” line to try and get assistance from someone. "Location was convenient, beach & pier view was great. Our group loved having individual bathrooms in each of the 5 bedrooms. Plenty of space for us to enjoy dinner.
