"Very good and especially for the price. Very comfy bed and pillows. Great shower. Wifi excellent and included in the price paid. Good facility as expected ie tea, coffee. Only thing to be mindful of for other guests would be to say the property doesnt make clear that they wont send you details of how to self check in until the actual day of your arrival, as you need a door pincode to access your room, and its very difficult to make contact with the property. "Absolutely wonderful hostel. It met all our needs: good shower, nice beds, clean, towels for hire, kitchen where you could cook your own meals. Wonderful support and location."

"We had a wonderful stay at the shepards hut. The heating and lights had been put on reasy for our arrival as we were later than the check in time . Carol the owner had messaged me earlier in the day with directions which was a nice welcome. She had also given us a lovely recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. "Worst place I ever stayed, it was a empty unsafe shell. No bedding pillow TV network nothing to entertain, couldn't even sleep. Even club house was like a dead shell. I wouldn't even go back if they offer me money. I checked out next day. It was completely unsafe. Nail was sticking out next to the bed. No response from anyone they are are useless. Asked for refund but no response. First time leaving the bad comment don't bother "

"Huge place and comfortable enough. TV has no signal and there was no sign of a wifi code and no connection that I could make, so pointless having a tv in the place as not useable. Rooms were comfortable and big, bathroom is very nice too, shower needs some attention though as the top head is so limescales it sprays over the top of the shower and on to the floor, and there is some bad mould on the base, door runners also not working properly.
