"We stayed here while in Huntsville for a wedding (At the Shire) and it was perfect for kids. The main attraction of this property is the large amount of land and space for kids to roam. The owners installed a zip line, a large trampoline, and lots of animals roam like ponies, chickens, and rabbits. We are from Austin so it was a treat for our kids to have so much open outdoor space! "It was so quiet and relaxing. A beautiful little cottage just a few feet from a still, calm lake. The lake seems to be more for fishing and looking at, I didnt feel comfortable getting in it, but that did not change just how lovely the experience was!!! The host was very kind and always answered our call if we had questions! 😁 They even left a bottle of wine for us to try fresh from the working vineyard on property."
