"Beautiful setting but not as luxurious as I thought and for the cost of the room. Soiled grout on bathroom floors, older worn carpets. The idea that anyone wants to travel in the cold in a golf cart to reach the facilities is ridiculous. Staff were covered head to toe to transport people this way. Walls thin, hear everything next door. No items stocked in the fridge. No one answered when calling front desk at 9am. Restaurant was lovely and greeting staff friendly but we expected better. "

"Everyone was extremely pleasant. The hotel is located close enough to the city, but far enough away to not have all the noise, hustle, and bustle. Very clean!"

"It is a beautiful hotel, the staff were helpful and accommodating! A short walk to the most wonderful Italian restaurant, just below the hotel. We had a clean king suite room with balcony that we very much enjoyed. We also dipped in the pool and hot tub one evening and it was a wonderful way to relax after a day of hiking. "

"Stayed for 2 nights in January in a second floor room. Nice room, spacious and clean, although the balcony mainly looked over the property and less the scenic view. However, the hotel has its own private overlook for an amazing sunset. A trailhead to the airport mesa vortex and overlook is steps away. Nice touch is their own free shuttle driver to ferry people to and from dinner. The airstream that serves as wine/beer bar and breakfast food truck is really nice. There are a few seats around it...

"Great quiet location near the red rocks, at the entrance to Sedona area. Nice little area with hiking, shopping and dining. Checking was very easy, very attentive staff, minor soft sell attempt for the time share, but no issues. Standard deposit. Room was studio with large bath, fold out couch and full kitchen. Looks like a recent remodel. Patio. Did not get to check out the rest of the facilities, but there is a workout room DVD rental and other services that you can talk to the front desk...
