"Hotel appeared to be in safe area for the river walk. We had a couple of issues after checking in but wasn't a big deal. When we checked into our room the smoke alarm was beeping indicating a low battery. I got a battery from front desk and changed. Then while settling in we noticed that heat wasn't working, setting was on heat and fan blowing but no warm air. Informed front desk and was able to change rooms.
