"My stay was good. It's a pleasant hotel with spacious, clean rooms. I did have 2 set backs though. I retured back to the hotel at about 8pm, and the main entrance was already locked, it is supposed to lock at 11pm. I tried to get in the entrance for after hours, but it wouldn't work with my key card. I pressed the bell for assistance about 3 or 4 times, and luckily I saw another guest inside and waved to her to come let me in. "It’s very close to the Edmonton Mall. I booked a room with 1 king and 1 queen bed. It was fairly big room with fridge, microwave, dishwasher and a sink. The property smells great all the time. Underground parking was absolutely bonus for the winter. Hot Breakfast was good. I definitely enjoyed our 3 days stay at this hotel. We connected our Netflix to the smart tv and enjoyed watching our favourite movies and shows. Overall we loved everything "

"Loved the staff, very kind and accomodating. The pet fee was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The complimentary breakfast was awesome - access to complimentary coffee all day was a bonus. The standard 2 queen room was renovated and clean! Quite spacious too. The unfortunate thing was that when my husband took our 2 year old to the pool, he noticed the liner was floating off a few inches from the bottom. "The property is good. Service is wonderful. Cleanliness is good. The only thing is perhaps placing microwave in units is a great opportunity. The pool needs warmer water and towels replenishment. Breakfast could improve (bagel seems old, egg either omelet or scrambled a bit dry. Hot chocolate is a big plus."
