"No one at check In so had to walk to their second hotel to sort. Rooms were very warm. Everything else ok. No lift. No food places walking distance but microwave food options and pizzas available at reception of 2nd hotel 2 mins walk. "

The hotel's reseveration number and Expedia's reservation number are different and I was using Expedia's reservation number.
