Leaking cistern that had to be turned off after filling, loose tiles, mould in grout, loose broken shower head, poor ventilation, no shower curtain. If my wife had been with me I would not have stayed. My friend and I put up with it as we were only there to sleep and depart very early next morning. I would not stay again without first checking the room. I would consider again if refurbised as...

"We looked forward to staying at the Oscar. Upon arrival no one at reception and no instructions about what to do. I located the telephone number on Hotels.com and spoke with someone who gave me the entry code and then sent a text with information. The room was in need of paint and a deep cleaning.
