"Clean room, affordable rates, free parking n breakfast. My room was clean, but walking thru the door, I smelled what could've been mold/moisture. Please consider installing a sign closer to a drivers eye level, near the main highway. The sign that is there, a driver won't see it until passing up the place. Happened to me every time I left n came back. "

"Needed a cheap place and this was great. After reading reviews, we didn’t have high hopes but we were pleasantly surprised. Floors could have been cleaner and the sheets were stained but smelled clean. Can’t beat it for the price"

"The Clerk could not check me in because the email was sent to the manager and he was not answering his phone so I finally showed her my receipt and she checked me in. Room was clean smoke detector kept going off so she changed me to another room. No hot water. Bed was hard as bricks room noise was terrible. No Wi-Fi no customer service whatsoever would never recommend this. Expedia should remove them."

"The place was nice and clean. My kids enjoyed the snacks and being able to still watch thier shows on tv. We enjoyed the quite neighborhood and the relaxing backyard with the covered patio. We all agreed this will be our go to place to stay when we come back to visit next year for Mardi Gra "

"This is a third rate romance type of place. They haven’t updated the mattresses in20 years and the blinds are broken. They don’t freshen the rooms. It looks nothing like the photos. Do no rent here! $10 more you can get a nice hotel in town. Don’t do it on the primrose of getting a clean RV atmosphere. They collect on tv spots and leave the rooms unkept. DONT DO IT."
