"I booked a room and was told it was up stairs with no elevator! I have a handicap and could do the stairs. ( When i paid for my room I ask if I would be able to stay in the same room for duration of my stay and was told I would be able to.) They put when I came back later that night to actually get my room key they had to put in a room in the back to of the hotel on bottom floor as that was supposedly only one left. She was very nice about the hole thing about having to have a bottom floor...

"The rooms were clean and cozy. Parking and location was convenient. Hard wood floors in each room made every step the people above us sound like someone was knocking on the door. "The only negative thing I noticed was that the bathtub was really worn out and needed to be replaced. At first I thought it hadn’t been cleaned properly, but then I realized its surface was peeling/chipping off. Everything else was very nice. The staff were very helpful and polite. I checked out by leaving our room keys on the counter at 8:30 am because there was no one to check me out."
