Negative: Only 2 glasses, 2 mugs and 2 tea spoon. Zero possibility when I requested a plate to enjoy a fruit, no ice, no shower facilities for evening check out, no AC at the reception area. Not a nice experience at all we have to wait outside of the hotel to dry our shirts "
