"Just a little disappointed that I was told after I checked in and a room was assigned to me that the elevators didn’t work. It’s best to be open and upfront before checking someone in. They could be claustrophobic or have trauma from feeling trapped or medically not able to take the stairs. "

I had to tighten both rooms bathroom door handles as they were about to fall off! Workers were all friendly and helped with anything they could! Also frames on acs we wonky!"

"The lobby is newly remodeled and looks great! The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and pillows were great. The breakfast was very good also! After two other hotel stays in Anderson, this was a great stay! The hotel clerk was very friendly and helpful. When I go back to Anderson, if I need a hotel it will be here. They are also renovating all the rooms. We didn't get a renovated room, but it was still clean and nice. It was alsona great price! The other 2 hotels were more expensive. "
