Staff was great! Fridge and dishwasher in our room both had big leaks the night we stayed. The staff was very prompt to address the issues. Aside from that the stay was great. Room was comfortable, good breakfast, great staff.

They need to replace carpet in room 323. It has a big burn mark in the center of the room. Then they need to fix and repaint the bathroom / shower as it has chunks of paint falling off the ceiling. Then the biggest complaint and I have had to call 3 times to complain about the furnace not working right. Woke up to the room being 63 degrees with them temperature set on 70. It blows more cold air then it does hot. Could be such a nice place but the average maintenance and upkeep is not being done properly.

It just looks and feels “old” and not well taken care of. It was clean per se but when the shower walls are stained and there is a huge hole/fraying in the carpet it should be replaced. The room and bed was comfortable and room clean, just needs new carpet and shower. A lot of details looks like a DIY handyman fixed it versus a professional.

I booked a room with a balcony. We were on the first floor, so it was really a patio. The door lock did not work properly and the door didn't open correctly. We alerted the front desk and they came and "fixed" the door. It was clear they just sprayed WD-40 in the track because for the rest of our stay, the room REEKED of oil. The hotel is old and run down and not clean. The surfaces are clean, but it's pretty obvious the rooms are never deep-cleaned. The couch was filthy, the mirrors were very smudged, the patio door was disgusting, the floor by the tub and behind the bathroom door was disgusting, the carpeting was stained, etc.

Very nice property. The only unfortunate thing was I was told the pool was heated, but since the pool is a continuous one from inside the building to outside the building and the nights are cooling down, the pool was not very warm. Otherwise, we had a very nice stay and recommend the hotel.

The hotel needs upgraded. Rooms have a very musty smell. Refrigerator was gross. The toilet had cracks in it. I called (on a Sunday) to see if I could have a late checkout and she rudely said “no, I’ve already exceeded my limit!” Will not be staying here again!

Room was fine for the purpose of our trip. However, the temperature was very hot and the air conditioning took a long time to cool the room and even still it didn’t cool the room entirely. It was a very stuffy night and it was very uncomfortable. The bed was hard, other than that was fine but at the end, the clerk would not print out a receipt showing our total bill, which I found odd.
