"This house is special. It is located off the back 40 trails with direct access from the back yard. It is a large 3 bedroom house with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is better equipped than my own. It had everything we needed and more. The house is very clean and appears to be a new build. All 3 bedrooms have tv’s which is nice when having multiple families staying with different preferences. The garage is spacious with room for 2 cars and bike storage. "Let’s start by saying that it’s a nice place. Recently remodeled little farm house on the edge of Belle Vista. But that is about where it stops. When you turn on the tap water, be prepared for a very strong odor of sulphur/crude. It’s awful. I noticed in our “welcome” email it said it had been remedied. It has not. It’s bad enough that when you shower, it smells up the entire house. The odor does not linger on your person but the water isn’t tolerable to drink. Use the britta pitcher in the...

"Often we travel & arrive & the actual house is vastly different from the pictures. This was a great space, clean & we loved the open floor plan & actual space that was reflective of the listing. Well-appointed with plenty of seating & a big table & lots of kitchen storage for us to enjoy Thanksgiving together with family that traveled. Great location close to everything & comfortable beds. There wasn’t many tools we missed in the kitchen with plenty of utensils and dishes. "

"This is an older home where the important components have been updated. The beds and bedding are really comfortable. It sleeps 6 unless the kids want to share a double on each bunkbed.
