You can tell that they thought of everything. The hot tub was an amazing addition that really completed it, especially since it was cold. "Couldn’t find anything remotely affordable in Fayetteville for family weekend, so found the perfect excuse to stay and ride from here! Perfect space for me and the wife. Only nit I could pick would be that I’d wish the beeps on the gate keypad could be turned off. Since our door is right by the main gate, we could hear everyone entering. "

"Check-in and communication with the host were excellent. Great location near the square and nice added touch of a growler for use at the local brewery. Unfortunately, we ran into several plumbing issues during our stay and only spent one of the four nights booked in the property. The host was super responsive and tried his best to resolve the problem. In the end, he refunded the nights we did not stay. Would definitely try again in the future."

"The property if very central to downtown Bentonville, just a block off the square. As others have mentioned, you should expect some street and local noise. For us, it was not a problem. The unit is well furnished, and I appreciate the basic stock (of coffee, for example) as well. We experienced a maintenance issue on the first evening, and it was resolved the next day. All and all, we had a great stay, and would consider this property again."
