"Room was clean but the heat wall unit had cold air blowing in. It was cold out. We don’t like the noise from these units when trying to sleep so we turn them off. I reported the problem to staff in the morning. That was the only issue. We liked the room and it was clean, quiet & the bed was comfy.,"
