"I found booking this rental easy and reasonably priced. I was worried that the pictures were too perfect and pristine. Upon arrival, myself, two daughters and military (on leave) son all agreed. It is a 'WOW' property. Nestled in a forest of pines and down a dead end road with only two other properties it had solitude to calm the stress out of anyone. The nights were 100% quiet. "We stayed for our daughter’s 12th Birthday. Kate had the home decorated & stocked with goodies to celebrate. The home is beautiful, clean, and full of things to do inside & outdoors. Kate is a wonderful host and goes above & beyond! We can’t wait to stay again in the summertime! "

"I was totally happy with the cottage. It was very clean and modern. Great location on lake front and everything was there. Would have been nice to have an anchor and rope for the rowboat but I did not use it due to windy days. I did notice that one of the queen bedrooms did not have a ceiling fan and I believe you will need this in the summer. This cottage is not air-conditioned so I would not be using it in the heat of the summer. I am sure the lake would help cool it but I don't like...
