"There was several issues with cleanliness for us but management was very good about it. The first room had mattress issue so they gave us a different room! Second room I got out of the shower and reached for a towel to dry off and the towel was so dirty I almost gagged. I showed management a picture and they said they were going to get with 3rd party to get us a refund. We’ll see what happens. "
