"Front Desk staff was great. Breakfast staff not so much. They couldn't understand me and wasn't on top of getting food refilled and seemed irritated. The beds were nice but the pillows were horrible. They were lumpy and very small for some reason. Not enough parking as well. Loved that they had 2 hot tubs. It's a pretty good hotel overall. "

"Staff was very helpful and friendly at check-in, making accommodations for our needs. Room was clean and well stocked. View was incredible even from the bottom for, which we requested so handling luggage was easier. Only did the breakfast the first morning due to all the little kids running around crazy and having fun and I only have one eye with no desire to trip over any of them..hot coffee was always full and tasty!"

"Overall it delivered a clean room close enough to Zion NP. It would have been nice to have a way to heat water in the room for tea, and not just a (dirty) coffee machine. In addition, as a person allergic to gluten and vegan, i could only eat bananas and apples in breakfast, although this is the standard in this kind of hotels in the US. Gym, which is not really a gym, is very tight so if more than one person would have been there, it would have been very uncomfortable. Evening-late evening...
