The hotel’s hot water system was out of order, forcing us to take cold showers that night. This caused significant discomfort, and we experienced headaches and chills the following day as a result. When we requested a refund, the customer service team denied the issue with the water system at the room I stayed. I am extremely disappointed with the hotel and the poor quality of their service.

When we checked in, the bed sheets were not clean and had a few hairs. The sofa had so many liquid stains. Room cleaning service was not provided after a day, and the staff unkindly said that’s their policy, which I didn’t get. The attitude of the young female staff was like I was her student who did not know the school club rules. She said, “ But I can give you towels,” when I asked for them.

Walls a bit thin especially for a newer hotel. Could hear all steps above us and many door shuts at all hours. Clean, easy acccess, pool table, quality breakfast, bed was mid firm and comfortable.
