"This Hostal is owned by a very welcoming family! There is a little fireplace when it's cold at night. The food there was very good! It's quite isolated but if you want peace of mind in a little village, this is the place to go! Great stay at around 1h 30 hike to Quilotoa crater. It's right next to the trail."

"Nice and comfortable place to stay during the Quilotoa loop, dinner and breakfast were okay, basic food. The room was comfortable with a hot shower and there was a fire in the the common room. Basic but exactly what you need when doing the hike."

"Great place, only like 300 m from the Quilotoa Lake (Expedia staff please correct your highly inaccurate info). Good food, great staff. However, you have to speak Spanish as I believe no one speaks English here. Hey it is Ecuador so get used to it. Can't wait to get back. "
