"We stopped in unexpectedly and booked through hotels.com. They were accommodating of my dog who wasn’t on my reservation and gave us a room that made it easy to let her out. We ordered pizza and they offered to bring it to our room since we had our hands full with a grumpy toddler and newborn. They were so kind and we will definitely be staying here again. "

"A wonderful find in Quincy! Friendly staff from the minute I walked in the door happily accommodated my request for a late check in. Comfortable, quiet room. Breakfast was great and the attendant was very friendly and obviously focused on making sure all guests had the best experience. Would definitely return. "

"I was greeted by a very friendly staff. They were excited to be there and ensured that I had the best stay. I was there on business working third shift at a local hospital. They went above and beyond to make sure I had window coverings to accommodate my daytime sleeping. They are currently renovating this hotel and the rooms are beautiful. Everything is clean, fresh and inviting. They definitely made my experience delightful. I am looking forward to my next stay. "
