"Clean, friendly hotel in a quiet residential area with regular service from multiple water bus lines. Several good restaurants neaby as well as a grocery and bank ATM. Room was small but clean and well appointed. A/C worked (Venice can be pretty humid). Our only real complaint was that the bathroom, while nicely tiled and functional, is small and the shower is tiny. Both my wife and I could barely squeeze into it and you won't be bending over to scrub your legs. Good continental breakfast."

"A modern spotlessly clean bed and breakfast which is very peaceful. The room is well decorated and well equipped. The included breakfast is amazing, one of the best. There is a foyer, seating area with bar and a small gym to use. It must be even more gorgeous in the summer months. The staff are brilliant!
