"The bathroom was a bit too small and it could certainly benefit from having an air extractor. The were dead bugs in the window blind which would have been better not to have. Other then that, the staff was nice and helpful at all times."

And there is a computer monitor that asks your name and reseveration number. The hotel's reseveration number and Expedia's reservation number are different and I was using Expedia's reservation number. "No one at check In so had to walk to their second hotel to sort. Rooms were very warm. Everything else ok. No lift. No food places walking distance but microwave food options and pizzas available at reception of 2nd hotel 2 mins walk. "
