"Tried a different location in Nice this stay and it was last munute and prices high. Overall good. Walk to beach, old Nice, main shopping street and port. Good (not small places as some other Nice hotel parking) underground parking (16€/day)."

"The property is very close to the tramway and the main street of Nice. It was very clean and well appointed. The property itself opens on to a pedestrian street ligned with eateries. Staff were pleasant and helpful."

"The hotel itself is nice. Nice big rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds and the neighborhood is residential and business mixed. Very close to the Sagrada Familia and to transportation, many restaurants to choose from and easy access to the other parts of the city. Very nice."

"We saw all the terrible reviews on our way to this stay so we were definitely nervous! However on arrival we were relieved, from the outside and reception it is not the most glamorous hotel and if you’re expecting “hotel service” don’t, it is a very basic place, the room itself was clean and very spacious, kitchenette worked great and we saved heaps home cooking meals this week, we couldn’t work out the AC unit however the fan worked fine! "This hotel is very near the train and bus stations, and near shops and attractive quayside/harbour. It's a great location and very affordable. A little noise from adjoining rooms, as we were on the first floor, but we could forgive this as there are lots of plus points."
