"great place for 2 or 3 nights, the wifi was excellent, only setback is that you can hear the people in the tent next door.The trail to the hotel is very rough and not an easy ride.The employees at the resort are very helpful and my favorites were Dilip and Manoj. Dilip will take great photos early morning in the trail.Manas will help you 24 hours if you need it. hiker shoes are very important."

"We stayed three nights at this resort. The greenery around this property is breathtaking! The staff were really helpful and attentive although a few areas can be improved. The last ten minutes or so to get to this place had awful road conditions compared to other roads in Kerala. This is not entirely properly’s fault but they and the other resort owners on the same road should be able to influence the government or pave it at their own expense. "Villa retreat is located next to the coacker's walk, Byrant park and at walkable distance to the boat house. Except for the crowded roads around, the location is otherwise apt. Do not miss the sunrise from the property which can be viewed from thier open restaurant side. Rooms were okay and decent. Maintanance could be better. Food at the resturant was good. "booked through Expedia and payable at resort option chosen, while check out time they charged more than promised by Expedia, while asked they told me that taxes extra applicable by reception, after done the payment i checked again through with expedia they told taxes included in the amount promised, later the resort voided the first transaction and again they swiped me. so its took long time to do the check out process and wrong charges done by resort as well need to be trained staffs on this...

"We flipping loved Tall Trees, everything from the staff, restaurant, accommodation, location and surroundings. A global agency cocked up on our booking but the TTR team saved the day with the minimum of fuss and most amount of care. Would recommend to couples and families alike. "

"This hotel is excellent in terms or several things. First its location. Its very near to some of the tourist attractions. Second it offers many onsite facilities like Gym, swimming pool, two restaurants, bonfire everyday on terrace with musical disco lights, the view of sunset as well as sunrise is awesome from the terrace.
