There is a broken fix of a blade at the exterior (broken, nothing done to address this either...). One side of the shower door broken, did not close... the whole place was literally falling apart & the agency did nothing to fix the problems experienced (the contract person said she was on leave! And never came back to me). Never seen such level of indifference &...
