"This is clearly a new hotel. Everything was very nice. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. The breakfast was excellent…a full breakfast. Definitely would recommend this SpringHill Suites."

"I am a traveling swimmer apart of the Michael Phelps Swim program and originally booked my stay based on the reviews of cleanliness and prime location for traveling, great customer service , rooms were clean , only issue is the pool was closed for 3 days … management and Hotels.com fixed the mistake and issued a refund , hotel staff was amazing , manager was amazing , room was clean , just a personal problem for me ."

"As I was checking in, the manager was a bit gruff. I had made the reservation on-line and prepaid, but he insisted that I swipe my credit card and that the on-line payment was just a "holder". I looked on my credit card statement, and was charged on-line and again in person but it was returned. As for the room itself; The floors were all hardwood, looked nice but was very slippery coming in from the snow. The room was "dated" and the sheets on the bed had old stains.
