First room we were assigned smelled terrible and the toilet seat was not connected to the toilet itself. We were lucky to get another room because when we checked in the clerk told us they were full.
The exterior of the hotel was under renovation, so I’m not judging that, but the rooms were outdated and poorly maintained. I’ll try it again in about six months and see if it gets any.
Was unaware of the construction & paving that was happening to our hotel & neighboring businesses that took place all thru the out the night til 4:45 am both nights, not a wink of sleep. On top of that someone parked a freezer box truck that had to stay running for the freezer to work right outside our window that was ridiculously loud so add that to the workers yelling at each other & the back up beeps every 15 seconds it was a nightmare. They had just enough parking for us to be packed in like sardines on top of nasty trash cans w/styrofoam pellets blowing like a snowstorm all in my van that was just detailed($300 right down the drain)& filthy from the paving being done w/in feet of the only place to park & last but not least they had no handicapped entrance available for my mother & another guest w/a wheelchair due to their own construction & when I asked for a concession for these issues I was told no because I booked online. In my opinion have an alternative concession for a future stay for these very valid mishaps instead of being so greedy & making the customer feel like it sucks to be you. If he would have offered maybe a 20% off your next stay he would have gotten a 5star review because I understand he has little control over what’s not on his property. For the record it was just myself caring for my elderly handicapped mother & grandgirls ages 2&9.
The hotel was completely under renovation. We got locked IN our room and had to pass tools through window to get ourselves out. They did switch us rooms. We were suppose to be refunded for last night as our plans changed and the staff had no idea how to do that. Claimed he would take care of it but that was a lie. And our bill was almost $100 higher than what Expedia said it would be!!

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The property was under construction and construction equipment took up more than half of the parking places. Our room had squeaky floorboards and one when you stepped on it made the carpet rise about 4 in away. They couldn't find my reservation through Orbitz and have now double charged to be and I'm trying to get them to refund the amount they charged. The bright spot was the cleaning team who actually didn't bug us to death and was always willing to provide clean sheets or anything we needed.
