"Amazing views of Mount Taranaki from the hot tub room. Heated towel racks. Impeccably clean. Would’ve loved to stay here more nights. Great stay after driving through from the Forgotten World Highway. If you are sensitive to noise, it is on a main road but that didn’t bother us at all."

"The property was exactly what was listed. Appreciated being able to take our dogs. The only let down was how dirty it was, a dead mouse, bird feathers under our bed, blow fly sitting in a mug of fat on a window sill, dirty toasted sandwich press etc.. felt like the kitchen needed a really good clean. Also frustrating that you have to take your own rubbish home and the dump was closed the day we left. We did our best to leave it cleaner than we found it. Appreciated all the cleaning products...

"Interesting- self service! Welcomed by text, with instructions for access. Checked out as instructed. Didn’t meet any management other than friendly cleaning staff. Efficient and well managed. 10 minute walk to town- ideal!"

"The Mill House is such a wonderful place to stay - so clean, so welcoming, and every little detail has been thought about to make you comfortable and at home… a Nespresso coffee machine, deep bath with candles provided, fluffy robes, fresh flowers in every room, helpful basics in the fridge. We hoped it would be beautiful from the photos, but it exceeded our expectations!We had our dogs with us and they loved running around the big lawn and we enjoyed the pretty...

"We came up with a large group of friends for a ski weekend. Unfortunately the weather didn’t allow us to ski, but we had so much fun doing other things around Raetihi - the dinosaur house, carrot adventure park and the tip shop were some of our favourite things to do. The property was very well appointed with plenty of bed and bathrooms. The dining area was very cosy with a dire, and we were able to cook plenty of meals with the well appointed kitchen.
