"Fantastic service. The checkin was super easy and efficient. The front desk agent went above and beyond his duties to help my guests navigate their way to the Hotel since it’s relatively new and unique. The young ladies working the morning shift were equally helpful when I needed help translating and making calls. I can’t recommend enough and would absolutely stay again because they’re affordable, super kind and close to everything. Thank you"

"We like the indoor family onsen and breakfast. The outdoor family onsen is abt 100 steps away. The staff are friendly and helpful. However facilities are a bit old and our room’s light was sort of broken and very dim at night."

"The building and the room are clean and fine, but the location was far enough from the airport that you would absolutely need a taxi to get to the airport. However, you’re supposed to make a taxi RSVP at least 48 hours before the date you need it. Local taxis are usually fully booked by early RSVPs, and wont be able to come pick you up like you would expect. "It is supposed to be a business hotel but the front desk staff was not helpful at all. We tried to have an early check in but was told it was not possible Check in was at 4PM. Also, there are 2 different hotels on the same property. So we went to the wrong hotel at first. it was called OYO YAKATA. The room was a bit musty but we managed to air it out as we could open the window. The bathroom smelled musty as well. It was cheap for a night but the location from the JR Miyazaki station is far....
