"The staff at the reception was very welcoming just 1 guy the rest look miserable, he welcomed my family with a big smile and he ungraded our room to the biggest room at the hotel i was so pleased will definitely stay again because of this member of staff, the hotel is a step a way from the prophet pbah mosque they are many taxis available outside the hotel also small shopping center and the hotel is surrounded by many shops, the breakfast was outstanding this pull man hotel is your money worth...

"Hotel is good and staff are very friendly. Rooms are good except for bathrooms. The shower area is half closed. Taking a shower means flodding the bathroom floor and some good time in cleaning it. I shouldnaay that this issue is in many hotels in KSA. Also, there is lots of consteuction in the area between the hotel and the Haram area. So, walking between the Haram and the hotel is not easy. Shuttle is available though"
