"What a perfect place to stay in Duluth near Canal park! We were delighted with the delicious breakfast - exceeded our expectations as a continental breakfast. The room was cute and clean and both of us slept great on the bed! Parking was close and convenient. The views and location was amazing! Just perfect for our weekend away!"

"This is a very interesting house to stay in with lots of charm! Much more homey than a hotel. The parking is easy and convenient. I didn't go to Duluth to go out every night, but to relax and recharge. There was a lot of opportunity for that! The only downside is you can hear every time another guest comes into the house. It makes it hard to sleep before midnight or later. Just part of staying in an old house with two flights of creaky steps. "

"Cotton Mansion is a wonderfully renovated early 20th century residence. The lobby, woodwork and fixtures are impressive. Our room was Clean, Quiet, interestingly decorated. Bathroom and Vintage clawfoot tub/shower, tiles and fixtures. Well worth the stay. We'd go back again."

"Blissful!! My partner and I stayed for a weekend to see the fall colors, and although it was dreary and rainy, it was absolutely beautiful and incredibly cozy! Had everything we could need, and it was super nice to be able to unplug and truly get away, with other luxuries readily available. "Our family of 5, and our cockapoo pup, spent 4 nights in October. The view of the lake during the day, as well as watching the moon rise, was fantastic, thanks to some newly cleared trees. We enjoyed the outdoor firepit with wood provided as well as plenty to forage next to the pit. Owners were very welcoming, quick to respond to inquiries, and accommodating. Location was a good spot for us - close to Two Harbors (grocery store, brewery) and only a short drive north to Gooseberry Falls and Split...
