"Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. By the time I got to Cleveland I was in terrible pain. The lady working that day when I checked in was amazing and even offered to get me a wheelchair. I came to Cleveland for the clinic and had great service there at the hotel. Thank you so much to the gal whom checked us in!"

"Super clean hotel. Minimal but done well. Large rooms. Cool views of the airport! Sustainable vibes, products. Fresh smells, clean floors and impeccable bathroom. Easy check in, took about 30 seconds. Highly recommend if staying near airport. Check out Aviator restaurant two parking lots over. "

"For the price point on the hotel I was expecting way more comfort, and amenities. The pool was pretty much ice cold and wasn't pleasant to swim in, which is the entire reason i brought my kids there. My family was very disappointed with the breakfast quality I felt like all the food was from a box or frozen, again with the price point I would expect way better. overall i would say the stay was a 5/10. Unless the price comes way down or the over quality improves I would not recommend a night stay...
