They did not have a clean area when it snows for me to able to take the dog outside these are things that need to be improved. "We also love rooms that open out to the parking lot, like here. Finding the entrance road to the property required a phone call to the front desk; entrance road not at all intuitive. Surprise $50 fee at check-in in case of damage. Though it will be returned, the check-in said it might take as long as 2 weeks."
