"We loved the house and the property. There were two problems however. First, the property right next door they were building a brand new house and all day long all we heard was hammering sawing workers yelling at each other and Hispanic music blaring from 8:00am until 6:00pm every day. We could not sleep in past 8:00. Secondly the little Island area/boat dock was lovely but the local geese loved it also and used it as their outhouse, so it smelled terrible down there.
