"Nice getaway in the mountains not far from Northern VA. Great snowtub/ ski and clubhouse. Nice property grounds. Very nice ! Rooms were kind of dated, first room smelled musky and a little like cigarettes but we moved to a different room and was fine! "

"Whirlpool tub was great before bed. Breakfast shut down at 10 am on Saturday. Was not aware of closing. We arrived at 9:45 and there was no eggs sausage bacon potatoes. I thoughts are better visual signage in lobby elevators room. We coul have arrived earlier if we knew clising time. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Thank you"

"We walked into the lobby on a very cold night! There was a real fire burning in their 360 fireplace. The front desk folks were so helpful and kind. The hotel was clean and a delightful experience!"

"Our stay was from Dec 22-Dec 25. It was very nice. The bar/restaurant was closed for the holidays but there are ample choices of other restaurants and bars. Housekeeping was also basically off (just cleaning rooms as people checked out) but the front desk attendant told us that if we needed clean towels, etc., to just ask and they would bring them to us. We did have to switch rooms within 15 mins of getting up there because the bed was broken, but they moved us down 2 rooms so it wasn't too much...

"Convenient walking distance to dining , attractions and shopping. Was very happy with room cleanliness. Mattress was a little worn, but still got a good night sleep. Check In was a breeze. Room was dated In areas but I expect that at this price point. I will stay here again"
