"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Ammori on reception spoke excellent English and went above and beyond to point out all the best places to go in Salzburg to make the most of our stay. From our room on 7th floor we even had a view of the fortress and mountains. Only draw back is the hotel backs onto the train station so you do need to close the window at night so you don’t hear the noise of the trains. Don’t let that put you off though. "Wenn ich 0 Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich es machen. Meine Ankunft hat sich verkehrsbedingt verspätet. Ein Check in war dann nicht mehr möglich obwohl "Check in: jederzeit" im Internet steht. Per SMS kam dann nur ein "Sorry, das geht jetzt nicht mehr". Telefonisch war keiner mehr erreichbar. Ich musste mir als allein reisende Frau 22 Uhr am Abend eine neue Unterkunft suchen. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. "
