"Positives: We liked that this resort is very central to the parks. It’s very close to Universal but also not far from the Disney resorts. It’s also close to Walmart and dining. We like the big balcony and outside space. We used the walking trail frequently. We liked the communication through texts. My questions were promptly answered. It was pretty clean and comfortable. Late pool hours. I think most closed at 11pm. Negatives: Our #1 complaint was the ridiculous resort fee that was $30 a day!...
