"I did like how courteous they were in the beginning when I stayed here however I'm very unhappy with the fact that I complained about my door being able to be unlocked without the key since day one and eight maybe nine days later somebody broke into my room and I lost things that were irreplaceable to me then they wanted to move me to safer her room"

"Staff efficient and professional. Promptly assisted me with removing feather pillows from room upon notice that I am extremely allergic to them. Provided all new linens for my bed so there would be no residue of feathers to avoid negative effects. In morning, staff member made waffles for us at free breakfast and chatted with us throughout our meal. Very friendly and helpful."

"The room was decent, our a/c barely worked and was super noisy. The smoke detector had the battery door open and it was missing. Other than that it was fairly quiet and cheap. "
