"The motel its self was located in a quiet area but close enough to shops pubs arcades & fantasy island. There is a takeaway right next door but it’s not hectic. The room has its own had its own front door so not walking corridors and no set times to be back. The room was big fresh & clean and had its own bathroom with shower and was spotless. "The hotel has been closed for repairs for several weeks. I had travelled for five hours on a tight timeline for an evening reception and was left stranded. I called Expedia and they first argued the booking was cancelled - not so. They also said there was no other accommodation in Skegness that they could book for me. I found a cheaper, similar standard hotel. Now I need anckno they made a gross error, an apology, reimbursement and compensation. "

"Hotel situated in a quite part of the town, yet not far from sea front and shops. Our room on ground floor was very good, clean warm , breakfast very very good, loads to choose from full breakfast piping hot. Can not find any fault with the hotel."
